Two things I love about Texas is its size and diversity. Traveling between Austin and San Antonio I get to experience the best parts of Texas. I've also have been learning about the pros and cons of running my own business in two different locations. As I contemplate closing one of my operations down in San Antonio I started to think about the value of my business and what it's worth to me and to the current market.
An opportunity to know more about my business' value however goes beyond my skill level. So I did some searching on line looking at common business valuation methods and how my business would benefit from getting a certified public accountant to help with determining the value of my business.
Several methods I found on line include:
Cash Flow Method
Asset Valuation
Rule of Thumb Methods
All of which I know nothing about and after more research have decided to get a certified public accountant out of San Antonio to help with determining what my business is worth so I can make future plans for my business.
